    I've got one of the "You lather well, I'll shave well" razors. I dremelled off the etching on the blade, though, because it was pitted in places.

    Hi Paul

    I am glad you are pleased with your collection of razors; the J Allen was one my baby’s so I am pleased that you like it.

    You have the start of a great collection; I have a mix of old and new but there seems to be something special about vintage razors. It’s a bit like living in an old house, it’s seen a bit of history.

    Hope this post will encourage a few more people to show off some of theirs, ill certainly will put a few of mine up in a day or two.

    nice razors s&s
    i thought i would carry on the thread and show my little collection
    the pair are a wostenholm 1xl & a j.allen non xll which i picked up in a antique shop for £20 the pair i cleaned and honed them and they are my favourites,the one with the notch is a morley, also a bengall and a little filly which i havent used yet and my box of tricks

    Very nice I like the look of the Morley.
    Where did you get your Mass from Iv'e been using Pumaa polish & Autosovl they almost get me there.Paul
