The ones that I have used have been very good razors. They have a very good reputation.

My first razor was a crown and sword 6/8s. It is a good razor.

    I currently have two in my rotation, a 6/8 and a 7/8.
I like them. Smooth shavers that seem to hold an edge well.
Ern made razors under several lables, although all are hallmarked Ern. Unless I'm mistaken, the Crown & Sword lable was their top-of-the-line.

The hollow grinds are more than just very nice, imo

But finding ones in good condition isn't very easy

    Cheers

ERN's Crown & Sword was a top-range model, as was their ATOR. You do sometimes come across badged versions too - look for the number 1166 on the pile side of the tang - it's an ERN trademark. Good razors all.
