Thanked: 3Very neat scales. It seems like most of the variety in scales come from the material and not the shape. I like seeing that mixed up now and then. Very cool.

Roud points seem to get a bit of dredging on this forum... personally, I prefer them!

Yeah...if I have one weakness, it's that (materials). I feel pretty confident I can make most any razor somebody wants, within reason, but I've generally offered only woods, horn, and a few synthetics, like Micarta. Mainly it was a matter of cost and availability. I've finally located a few sources for some of the rarer materials like abalone and bone, so I'm hoping to have a few of those available soon.
