Thread: Requesting help in razor identification

Hello everyone,

Been reading for quite some time and I must say that this website is fantastic. Though I did buy my first razor BEFORE finding out about this site... yeah... a Kreugar... the blade flops, can't cut anything and is utter crap. That was a good blade to practice honing. I now own a Waipenica (Spelling?) and it's great.

I do have a noob question though. I notice on the main page of this site a particular style of razor that I haven't been able to identify. I scrolled through some of the FAQs and other articles but I don't know if I've got the correct type down. Here's a link to the picture I'm asking about...


So if I did completely miss the article about these sort of blades, kindly forgive me my stupidity and point me in the right direction, if you could.
