    Question Wacker razors

I'm always wondering if Wacker straight razors are known in this forum. Reading through the threads, I can see nearly every razor brand and their qualities are discussed here. I pretty much love the one Wacker I've got, it's a great shaver.

Does somebody here know Wacker shavers? What do you think about their quality?

I have a Wacker and it shaves great - I'll never get rid of it! The quality IMHO is like the Revisor's, Charlescraft's, etc....you can't go wrong owning one!

I've heard good things... and bad as well, but I think I might invest in one myself to see which is what.

    This one is particularly tempting...

Some people think they're (wait for it.....) WACK.

But I've never tried them and like the look of them.

they're outside of my budget though.

I've had a couple, and like them very much. They're extremely hard, and so take a little more effort to hone and to get smooth, but when you do, they're very good shavers.

I dropped my one and only Wacker Quarter Hollow and had to have it shortened into a spanish point. It's still a great shaver, the blade is just shorter than I like so I don't use it much. I really should take it out more often.

Heres a pic of my 6/8 Wacker "red head". It's an excellent razor but honig it is not that easy.
