    Yeah, big ugly carbides , do these guys a favour and borrow a lil piece of aeb-l off larrin and make a straight!

    Since we want very fine edges it makes sense we need fine grained small carbide steels.

    i do need to order some of that fine steel if for nothing more then to se how it work and holds an edge
    right now for me its going to be hard for me to give up on my cpm154

    52100 would be pretty good i think, for the guys who are allergic to stainless.

    i have the spyderco mule in 52100 so i could see how i liked it

    i think i do so that would at this point the high carbon i would be using after i get done with the W1
    im hoping that i will have little feedback on the razor i made some timer near weeks end
    then if im on the right track i ll start making adjustments and a blade now and then
