I had my first shave this morning with a new 7/8's TI that was delivered yesterday. I am sure others who are wide blade users have said it but this blade just glides through my beard. My other TI is a singing blade that also gives a great shave but a totally different feel. I have two 6/8's blade (a Geneva and a Klaas) but they have nowhere near the heft of this TI.

The new TI was just about shave ready from the factory with a nice bevel and fairly sharp. I gave it 40 strokes each on my spyderco fine and ultrafine for good measure as well as 30 passes on the strop this morning. The shave was effortless and BBS with my normal three passes.

The red stamina scales were well finished and the blade was centered. The blade is the Eagle model. TI's are definitely a blade to have.
