    Default Japanese Razor question...

    Does anyone know if the feather guards (For the non-folding feather razors) would fit on the Japanes style straight razors?

    I'd doubt it. Blade profile is pretty different.

    I think the spine is a little thicker than a feather and the blade from spine to edge is a bit longer than a feather too.
