Thread: a gift of 5 razors

this was a great morning,

one of my neighbors was at an auction last night and won this lot of razors and gave them to me this morning. the only thing that i have done with them all is to wipe them down with MAAS and then an alcohol rinse. the boker got 50 laps on a yellow coticle and was used for my morning shave


top to bottom:
6/8 Boker Red Injun no.102RP, light even hone wear, original box
5/8 Griffon XX #00 a little staining near the pivot, original box
5/8 Shumate #30 some light staining on the tang
6/8 "M.A." Made in Sheffield a few pits on the spine and the blade might have been shortened
5/8 Wm. Donovan "Gun Metal" bone scales, most of the bluing is intact, a couple small pits in the tang and some light staining on the blade
