I think this one, above almost all others, deserves to be in The House of Prussia!

How old must this be to have "Prussia" stamped on it?

Edit: The Prussian Empire was dissolved in 1918. So right off the bat, you have a 90 year old razor. I'd imagine it was made before the last year, so you're talking near 100 years old.

    Nice find!

not that you need my approval but I absolutly think it belongs there. It might even be there poster child. By the way the Razor clubs will be moving to the club sub forum soon so keep an eye out for it. If we miss anyone let me know.

Not to rain on your parade or anything but Robert Klass was never considered to be a real first class cutler. Most of his stuff is considered second class. That doesn't mean it won't give you a great shave though. I have one of his razors and its not one of my favorites.

Don't concern yourself Mr. Spendur, I never considered you like rain...actually, more similar to horse dung! Not to worry though as I saw it a mile away and side stepped it!

    Default Another Klass

This my Robert Klass that is of more recent vintage. Note that it is stamped Soligen. I rescaled it in wood. It's a 6/8 full hollow blade and an excellent shaver.

I will ask nicely, this time, that there be no further posting of this nature. No discussion required.

    Thanks guys,

    Lynn

    JMS,

Just curious. Which ebay seller did you buy from. I'm winning an auction currently, and I think it could be from the same person.

    Thanks

    Chris
