Thread: Robert Klaas, Prussia

I picked up a Robert Klaas with the two storks on the tang off of ebay. Now this is not the normal razor I go for, and the picture told me to stay away...But then I saw that the country where it was manufactured was Prussia! I just had to have it!! I won the auction as I was the only bidder and felt just a little sick paying the ten dollars plus shipping thinking that I bought a paper weight! Well it arrived today, and looking at it, all my suspicions were confirmed...I just threw money down the drain! I decided to clean it up anyways and was pleasantly surprised to find that what I initially thought was rust was actually a coat of protective oil! There is a little corrossion at the edge, but that should be easily removed as it doesn't go in deeper than a thirty seconds of an inch!

I have a feeling this is going to be one of my top shavers!
