    Default Winged critiques

I will be very interested to hear everyone's unvarnished critiques of the new TI.

I got a TI from them and it was honed as well as any I've shaved with. IME you will be well satisfied.

I got my Silverwing from TI back when Lynn was honing for Classic. I have used it four of five shaves and I've not had to touch it up yet. I understand that TI went to using the same steel as the Silverwing in all of their razors so the one I just got from Steve is probably the same stuff. IME having a half dozen older TIs they weren't the easiest to hone up with the old silver steel. Maybe the lead hardning or whatever but once there they were all darn good shavers. For me anyway.

I have special edtion straight razor place ti signed by lynn that hones up real sharp with my bbw/coti it shaves good and sounds realy nice even when i strop the ti they sound differant to my dovos. The only thing was from new the bevel was a little uneven and did'nt sit flat on hone why i don't no using x pattern the edge does at least hit the hone one side bevel being thinner than the other but still shaves and gets sharpend so no probs my prima klang is the same.

I have one of these and they are indeed very nice shavers.

The steel has a much harder feel than the older TI's.

    Enjoy,

    Lynn
