    Default TI's silverwing limited edition

    RAD, got ahold me once again. Pre-ordered the new Silverwing. Supposedly only 300 are being made. Now it's a waiting game, tap, tap, tap....

    Hi Dave, I was so excited about the Silverwing, I didn't see your post until after I put one up.

    as to waiting..... remember when you were a kid and the night before Christmas, probable that long....

    I have one of the first batch. They were supposed to be delivered in September but I didn't get mine until January. Over at B&B they are saying some are coming in now.

    How do they shave and do they hold an edge really well? Ohhh this is not good!

    Well....I'm usually the last to pick up on these things so maybe someone will be kind enough to help me here..
    Where do you order this limited edition? Classic shaving?
    And how much are they being sold for? Can anyone tell me a little more about the razor?

    Well, they hold an edge really great and they take a super kean edge. When I got mine it was nowhere near shave ready and they are not easy to hone up. I had to do alot of experimenting. I think in the end the diamond pasted strop and CrO is what finally worked the best.

    Even though it shaves well I personally don't like it. It has a rough or heavy feel on the face. Just a personal thing to me but its shaves differently than any other razor I have and I have 90. I think its a love it or hate it type of thing. However in all fairness its not a bad razor at all.
