    Well, it says
    Razor "OKA"
and then there's the name of the factory Trud (Labor) and Vacha is the town. Then there is the number according to the state standartization, and likely 1956 is the year it was made. No idea what the model name "OKA" means, or the numbers on the back of the tang.
Let us know how it shaves

Thanks a ton fellas, I was wondering if Oka was a place name and google says that there is an Oka river in Russia that is a tributary of the Volga. And a quick search on wikipeidia shows that Vacha is a suburb of Novgorod where the cofluence of the Oka and the Volga rivers is. Not the most imaginative of names, but still kind of cool.

I will let you guys know how the Soviet razor shaves when it gets here... I figure even if it doesn't shave worth a lick it's still kind of cool.

Judging by soviet made DE blades, I'm not sure you're going to get too far with it. But you never know.
