I'm surprised there aren't more in the 200+ category....did Lynn vote?
I'm in the 11-15 category...........for now, until the SIlverwing & LeGrelot get here, then I'll be in the next higher tax bracket

razors
I started this RAD by winning a PIF Dovo Shavette on B&B the middle of January, 2008.
Since then I've gone RAD and HAD with 24 straights + 1 shavette.
2 W&B, 1 Genco, 2 Bokers, 2 Wostenson & Sons Pipe Razors (my personal favorites), 1 Hibbard & Spenser, 1 DOVO, 1 WAPI, 1 C-Mon Blackie, 1 Wostenson & Sons IXL, 1 J. Torrey, 1 Jackson Freemont, 1 Claus, 1 NOS from Germany that was my Father's & 8 other assorted that I have not gotten to for cleaning and sharpening.
I have been shaving with 13 of these and now have the two benchmarks for comparison.
I have the nortons and the chinese stones, Frictionite 00, Swaty 3 line, strops, and have recently gotten some CrOx powder.
This follows my brush, mug, soap, creame, DE, and blade acquisition from last year. I think I'll stop a while and enjoy what I have.
Yes, I'm having fun, am a bit obsessed, but have a smiling BBS face every day!
The back of my motorcycle helmet has a little tag on it that says-
"It's a crazy world and I'm a happy guy."

Only 4 here. I've had more but sold them or like the one I won here once, gave it to a friend. I find I like rather small round points. I've a Double Duck Dwarf, a Swedish M & K, a Henkels, and an Electric Cutlery from Newark, NJ (Revisor on the scales). All 4/8 to 5/8 and round points.

Thanked: 3795At about 190, I didn't quite make it into Lynn's category. I sell a lot of razors though so it's not quite the same as a collector. I have about 2 dozen razors that I consider to be keepers. I keep a full week's rotation in my locker at the gym and another week's rotation (plus a few other special ones) in my shaving box at home.

I sold almost my entire collection and kept only 7 favorites.

Just one razor - I'm a newbie. But I've been looking on the B/S/T forum. . .

Being a newb I've already got a descent start on some razors, I have 3 that are shave ready in my rotation right now and 3 that I'm working on getting shave ready, two of those were almost there when I tried them shaving today. I have 3 more on the way, a filly being honed by Lynn from classic shaving and one I just bought on the BST as well as an ebay fix-up.
So altogether right now I have 9 razors if you include those on the way.
I also already paid for the ML from the drawing so that would make 10 if you could include it.
I've been checking out the founder's razor on SRP for my next buy maybe next paycheck... only been at this for a month or two so .. I've also looked up some antique shops in my location that I haven't gone to yet to see if there is anything worthwhile.

I'm down to 29 right now, If you'd asked 6 months ago, I had over 100...
most of the 29 are in my restoration pile, I have 10 shave ready, but I only really use 3 of them on a regular basis.

Fewer than 50 but too many anyway.
