keen kutter?
I just picked this Keen Kutter up on ebay, was wondering if anyone has
had any experience with them.
Thanks,
Tony

Thanked: 3795I've got a couple of them. They are perfectly good basic shavers--nothing special but they shave just fine. I like your logo scales--mine don't have that. I have read claims that these are highly sought after collectables, but then again, everything is a valuable collectable according to most ebay sellers. I think your price was about right given recent ebay price inflation. Most importantly, if it does the job for you, you got a deal!

I sure appreciate the input. I wasn't sure if I'd overpaid or not, but I couldn't see letting this one slip by. I grew up listening to my dad talk about Keen Kutter pocket knives etc. I figured if not a great shaver it would be a decent collector.

I have a K10. It was my first razor, and start down the RAD path. I still use my blade. It shaves good but is a little thin for my beard. I thought about selling it but it has sentimental value being my first and all. It will do you good once you get it honed.

Thanked: 0I actually just bought the same exact razor on ebay, except with a hardware store marking on it also.

Thanked: 0haha yeah. I was bidding on this one and a few others all at the same time and let a few other good deals slip by me. I refused to let this one go at that point. This will be my first razor and I think I already have RAD..... ;P
