    Default Who likes Wester Bros?

    I ended up with a Wester in a lot of blades from eBay...

    ...I finally had time today to get it dialed on the hone in and stropped out. Had me a shave with it and......damn! Nice and close!

    Anyone else have a decent opinion of them?

    I have a Wester Bros. Manganese I picked up on Ebay for cheap. It is one of my best shavers.

    I also have an Optima which I am re-scaling. I can't wait to see if it shaves as well as its big brother.

    I've got a Wester Bros. that I received from Bill Ellis, and I really like it. I like barber notches adn this blade has one. The steel doesn't seem too hard, so it's fairly easy to re-hone.
