CA the blade and list it on the 'bay' as a slightly blemished blade!

The blade was actually magnetized to hold that piece in place until you came to the area below your bottom lip and then you remove that piece and place the cut out area over your bottom lip and shave the area below you bottom lip and that way you can get a closer shave and then when you are thru you put back the piece and finish shaving the rest of your face..........
if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.

What an oppertunity!
Grind a new round nose on it and market it as a specialized razor:

Thanked: 2209A crack in a blade can be found by holding the razor in your right hand, blade extended, then running your left thumbnail under and along the length of the razors edge. I learned the hard way also.
