    Default Dixie Blue Steel

    I just acquired a Dixie Blue Steel razor, made by the Dixie Manufacturing Co. in Union City, GA. It's a round point, blade intact with very little wear, no chips or nicks in edge, scales are blue color and nearlly transparent. Can someone provide info on company, quality, or age of razor...or direct me to source of info?

    All I can tell you is that I've got one made when they were called the Union Razor Cutlery Co. I don't know if that was before or after but it was made by the same outfit. If it is even half as good as mine then you have a darn fine blade there my friend.
