yep first one piece scale and my thinest grind yet
light green G10
not sure if i want to go brass or SS stop pin
still have to get the scales ground a bite straighter on the inside (man thats tricky stuff)

Thanked: 150I like the complimentary lines where the tip of the scales and the blade meet at the tang. Very nice flow.
I've never really liked G10 but it is nice to see some variation in scale material other than wood, horn and ivory.
I'll look forward to finished pics.

Thanked: 9Butch I blame you for getting me into razors (I have 2 now!). I'm sure I'll blame you for making me buy my first custom! I love the looks of this thing, those green scales are minty looking. Superb as always.

Those scales almost look like they would glow in the dark. Pretty cool!

Thanked: 182its just light green G10 not glow in the dark.
i can tell you this grinding this stuff sucks as you end up covered with fiberglass.
i need to find a nice way to mill the slot better so i have less clean up on the grinder
