Help needed on pricing a razor I would like to buy
Today, I've just found an old knife store where they also sell NOS straight razors (don't ask, I will not say where
)...
The lady at the counter was asking something like 180 $ for a NOS Puma 5/8, gold etching on the blade and tortoise imitation scales... is that a good price or is it too much ?

If I were you I would check out eBay and try to find the same or similar razor and see what they are going for. You could also Google for Pumas and see what comes up. Personally I think that that is a bit high but sometimes something like that can go for a high price on eBay depending on who is bidding on it.
if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.

carbon steel - $90
Stainless - $110
