You might want to try phoning instead. I haven't had much luck getting a response from them by email (and I had emailed them about another issue with my order as well that I won't get into), but they're great and helpful on the phone once you get through.

SO, you guys are saying that I can't get a "special" in tortoise anymore. That would be a bummer.
I can't find a tortoise on their website. That is the one I was going to get.

If you hurry you might be able to get a tortoise "Special" from someone who still has stock. Looks like Vintageblades might still have them here.
They are claiming the Best Quality blades are the same, so it might not look as good, but you should get just as good a shave from something with one of those.
