It's says Estas Max Sommer on the Package but not on the razor.

Looks like they're still in business making knives, maybe they could give you some info on when they were making razors:

Well that is going to take some cleaning up but the herder razors have a reputation for being very good shavers. it it was an estas i would buy it from you they are even better than the herders!

do i need to polish it or something? Because it is verry sharp (hht passed also ion the dark spots) and I sterilised it
