Thanked: 36That looks very small, or is it just me, can i ask for the specs ???
Looks stunning, and i dont think its 'holy mammoth' because the condition of the ivory is to good, if it was mammoth it would be fossilized ivory. (i think i just took it to far)
Cheers

Thanked: 6I think it's probably just the angle of the pictures that makes the razor look small, although I haven't seen it in person yet so I don't know for sure.
It's 7/8 1/4 hollow and you are correct about the scales, they are pre ban elephant ivory. I was going to get cocobolo scales but Robert called to let me know he had some really nice looking ivory in so I went for it.
I can't wait to get it. The anticipation is killing me. I probably look at the pictures at least 10 times a day.

That pattern welded Damascus steel is just a thing of sheer beauty - and this one in particular! You've got yourself a heck of a razor there...and if it shaves an 1/8th as good as it looks, you'll be BBS from here on out!
Congrats!
