NewB Question:

Does anyone recognize the razor pictured below? None of the box, blade or scales identify the manufacturer. For some reason, I thought that it was a Henckels blade, but I don't think I have ever seen one of their razors without their emblem stamped on the shank. The flower inlay on the scales looks like steel, with red and green lacquer or paint applied (not very accurately!).
