Thread: New Wade & Butcher - Good or Bad

Hey Community!

I'm pretty new to straight shaving so I need a little help!
Some time ago, I had the chance to buy a Wade & Butcher on eBay!
I paid only 30$ so I expected that I may get a Straight that is not useable anymore.
It is a 5/8 not fully wedge.

The grind is convex/concave. It seems like there is a little smile.
Is that a result of bad honing? And can that be fixed?

The Wade & Butcher logo is pierced in the metal, but not very deep. I was just wondering because my Mulcuto from Solingen has a deeper pierced logo. Or did I buy some kind of fake
