I got home last night and the package was in the mail: One of Kenrup's kits with a Wapi blade. HOORAY! What a beautiful razor!!! Can't wait until Friday (day off) when I can finally put blade to face and see what I've been missing all these years. And a public thanks to Kenrup for the lightning-fast response and for the kindness and personal attention in answering my newbie questions three or four times in a row as I learn to navigate around the site here...

Congrats Maple! I, too, waited for my day off so I could take my time and enjoy what I was doing. I am now a whole 8 shaves later and most all my facial parts are still iintact (except for 2 good cuts, 1 on each cheek)...
