Just thought I should add my piece. I have been using a Prima Klang for just over a month now. It gives a closer shave on a single pass than either of the two others which I have tried on multiple passes. It rocks in every way

Mine has violetwood scales, here is a pic...

Prima Klang is the last razor on my wish list (I've managed to acquire the others I have had my eye on). I have already started a "pocket change" jar for one.

I have the same one, and its my favorite! It is a super shaver, and utterly perfect. It was my first razor I bought, and I gotta tell you after several famed razors this one is still the top pick! I wish I could get my TI's as sharp as this.

    Congratulations my friend .
Iv'e been the proud owner of 3 off these in the past & I must admit Ijust cuoldn't adjust to them .However my Twin brother had no prodlem at all.
I found that it just shaved me too close & Left me feeling a bit sore so they have all now been moved on to new owners .I havent had any feed back from them so its probably just one grind that I Just couldn't adjust to. The other Dovo that I had similar problems with was the Black bladed Pakkawood Black Princes .They gave me similar result. But I must admit they were all beautifully made.Paul

aj, i just got mine a couple of days ago and i was totally blown away too. i got the redwood scales myself because i live in norcal and spend most of my free time hiking in the redwoods up here. i had been shaving with a dovo shavette since this is my first year learning to shave with a straight razor. the prima klang is my first true straight razor and it was so smooth i didnt think it actually shaved me. i thought it just ran on top of the whiskers!!! it was the smoothest and closest shave ive ever had in my life. i absolutely love this razor!!!

The Prima Klang sure is a good razor. I use one too and recommend it to everyone.
