why decorations single sided?
Hey all, wondering why it is always the left side of the blade that is etched/watermarked/gold washed etc and not both sides? are we only supposed to look at that one side of the blade?
to current makers, do you make any designs on both sides or go with the traditional single sided setup?
thanks all.

The world is right hand minded
You must be left handed like me. Take a pencil ,hold it in your left hand. You will notice all the wording is upside down. Coffe cups with logos are made for right handed people. Romans two thousand years ago would wipe themselves with their left hand to keep the right one clean. Straight Razor companys are just doing it the "Right way"

I'm pretty much a righty, due to learning to write that way and problem with left eye, but I do use the left to shave too. it does seem everything is made for right handers. do me it just throws off the symmetry.
maybe we can get some left handed razors now? :-) or real cool would be to have everything on the blade reverse so when you're shaving it reads in the reflection in the mirror. that would be slick.
