Thread: Henckels

Hi !

Anybody knows anything about a Henckel 61060-517 razor ? I Googled the number and all I could find on their Web Site was a photograph of a razor no text and no information whatsoever.

Another hit from Google show " nickel-plated. 61060-517. Razor " so I presume it's not stainless. Clicking this hit, lead to the same razor (it's the one with the white handle).

Anybody know if it's any good ?

That looks like the current production Friodur(stainless) available in 5/8 or 6/8. I bought one and was underwhelmed by the edge geometry and returned it, probably just a dud because Henckels are generally great razors. The reference to nickel plating is probably off, never seen one that was plated.

Google is a good search engine. Sometimes I use different search engins that work on different criteria for their search. Try Googling 'Search Engins' and use some of the returned engines with your search. You may just come across some sites that Google didn't return.
