Thanked: 174Many Barbers would use a 4/8" razor to clean the neck and side burns after a hair cut.

I don't like them. 5/8 is the smallest I shave with. Smaller than that and it ain't touching my face.
I don't hone 4/8 razors either because I insist on a testshave, and as I said, I don't shave with 4/8Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Of all the razors I own I get my easiest and most maneuverable shave with a 4/8. I still rotate with any of my 5/8 or 6/8 depending mood and beard growth but I can literally shave blindfolded with my 4/8. It just fits my smaller chiseled face better as any other razor I own. It's a 1/4 hollow.
