Thread: mastr livis

I'm thinking of buying a mastro livi legnodi roverella 6/8 from classic shaving. Has any use one or own one and how you rate this type of razor and do they come shave ready unlike the dovos i have purchased the are never shave ready.any advice would be help ful .

These Livi re-grinds are great razors. Super quality and fantastic shavers. The only caveat is that you should not confuse them with the custom Livis that are typically double or triple the cost. I'll shoot you a PM.

I have two Mastro Livi regrinds and they are excellent shavers ... but I don't think you can get one from Classic Shaving anymore. Their web site says they are back-ordered and unavailable ... and its been that way for a long time. It might be because Mastro Livi's web site now says that Straight Razor Designs is now the exclusive distributor for the US and Canada.

they seem to be out of stock at classicshaving, but there is one in the classifieds which could save you a little $ as well.

Yes. They take a nice small bevel and have a very light feel. Great razors.
