Hi,
I just bought a Razor from Ebay which you can see there :
but my problem is its name.. RADIUM... do you thing that it can be dangerous for me? radioactiv?

If it doesn't glow in the dark, it's just a marketing term, no different from the 'damascus' razors you see on ebay from time to time. Ditto for the 'toledo steel' used in some razors.

brazil nuts contain radium and are considered the most radioactive food in the world... It doesn't really bother me, but anytime I have a can of mixed nuts I jokingly offer the radioactive ones to my wife.

I don't understand why the "extensive root system" is responsible for the elevated radium and barium levels. That would imply that the extent of radium in each tree is directly proportional to the size of its root system. If it weren't in the soil it wouldn't be in the trees.
As an additional aside, I like the new emoticons. I have no idea in what context they might be used but they are still amusing.
Random use of emoticons
reminds me of the part Flowers For Algernon
when the guy found out about punctuation, and used it extensively,
without actually having a clue how to use it!

Not to mention that Radium and Uranium are normal components of some ores and rocks. After all, that is where we get them. If trees grow in places where there is an elevated concentration, then the one with the deepest and most widespread root system will take up the most of it.
