Someone is bound to chime in!

I've found F.W. Engles, C.W. Engels, Engleswerk, and Engelswerk, but nothing with Karl Engels!

Can you show us pictures or do you have more info?

Does it have a logo of 'Hansel & Gretel' child figures on the tang?

    I Have/had the same razor.

It has a sharp straigh chip in the end of the blade, a barber told me it was made like that?

I would also like some info. because the barber said he would sharpen it 4 me...... and now hes trying to sell it back to me.

    I paid 40 the
    first time I bought it.

That would be the same location as the famous ERN razor manufacture. I believe you have a good to very good razor. Congrats!

    Thread necro-bump-

I purchased an almost identical razor from eBay recently, but mine is marked #12, not #16. The blade has some slight tarnishing, emphasis on slight. It seems to be of very good quality, so I too am looking for some amplifying information on this piece.
