Default Can you loan me a Feather?

Does anyone have a Feather straight razor style system and what you feel is the most comfortable yet wicked sharp Feather unused blade that you could loan me?

I'd like to see what Feather sharp is for a sharpness reference, but I think it would be silly for me to spend the money to buy the Feather system just to try it once.

I'd pay shipping both ways and send let's say, $10 to a paypal account for the trouble? Shipping first class to keep the shipping cost down would be fine with me.

    Thanks.

I might be able to do this for you, if you'd like. I have a Feather AC in ebony. I like it a lot, although it's a little different than a real straight (but not dissimilar). I have a couple of blade options, too. The 'learner' blades that come with it, some Pro blades, and Pro Super. I could send one of each for you try. It is important to give each a few shaves, because the these blades are unbelievably sharp, and the first shave with one can be rough if you don't use a very light touch.

The wrinkle here is that I live in Toronto, and I travel with it, so would need it back by dec 10.

PM me if you want to discuss.

Thanks a ton for offering, Scott. Rather than risk not getting it back to you in time, Netsurfr has offered to let me borrow his (Thanks Netsurfr!!).
