    That was a very good catch. I have a few Torreys and they shave very well. As a newbe you should send the straight to a homemister so you can enjoy the experiance w/o wondering how good your honing is or if the issues are in your tecqunique. If you want to learn honing at the same time buy a second razor to learn on but be sure to avoid the brands listed on the Wiki, which also list brands that are consistanlty good.
