Engles Straight
Has anyone had any experience with and Engles straight razor. I just bought this one off of Ebay and recieved the other day. Tonight I hones and stropped it and cleaned it up. I am very happy with it. Easy to hones and get to the HHT passing point.

Yes they are right up there with the best of them IMO. Old barbers I used to ask about razors twenty years ago used to recommend FWE right along with Dubl Ducks as their preferred brands. I have a few and they are all superior shavers.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I think I will make it my travel razor as its very light weight and as it seems lower maintenance compared to my other razors.

Update. Its shaves wonderfully. Its a 4/8 and very light and nimble. Thumbs up to this.
