Thanked: 0Alwin Razor
I told my dad I wanted to get a straight razor and he gave me my grandad's old barber kit. It has an Alwin razor with a ivory colored cover, and ther eis no other information etched into either the razor or cover. Can anyone provide me with information about this razor, by chance?

Thanked: 0Thanks for the replies. I did see other posts about alwin razors, but mine doesn't have anything inscribed on the tang. Also, the sclales are made of plastic, so I doubt it's that old. I also included a picture of a Nu-Kut disposable blade razor I got. I can't find any real info on that, either. Any ideas?

It looks to be about the right age to fit the info already supplied in this thread!

Welcome, Chuckywg100
Yeah, that's about the right age. Get that heirloom cleaned and honed and get at 'er!
