Never heard of them.
However, there is a classy hotel in the centre of London that goes by that name. They do a great afternoon tea and cakes for the price of a normal weeks shopping. But you have to make a reservation about three months ahead of time Just in case you interested.

If the tang is stamped "The Ritz" then no I have not seen that one, however if this is an etch across the blade face, then Yes I have seen several different "Hotel" razors... Made by several different blade makers....
