    Default OK, that's easy!

    This one is my favorite:

No, wait a second, this one is pretty nice too....

Nope....OK, I'm serious this time.....THIS one is my best razor!

Actually, the heavier grind of the LeGrelot makes it my BEST razor!

But if I'm talking heavy grinds, the vintage W&B wedge can't be beat for a smooooth shave!

Then again, I had this one custome made to my specifications....

Vintage NOS Wusthof gives a damn close shave....perhaps it is the best?

These are all my BEST razors!

    So far...................

I usually have 4-5 razors in my rotation. I do NOT like 5/8 blades and I'm not fond of Stainless Steel either. Lately, I really enjoy 7/8 blades-both round and square point.

I am currently waiting for USPS to drop off this-pictured, by Robert Williams- I'm anticipating a damn good shave too.

These are my two best shavers. A Wade and Butcher scaled by Traveler and Mastro Livi SRP Custom.

I can't commit to a favorite. I love seeing the pictures of the very nice customs that you guys have posted here.

Call me selfish, but for non-custom vintage razors, I tend to keep my mouth shut rather than follow my urge to announce something along these lines:

"I JUST LOVE (INSERT VINTAGE BRAND AND STYLE RAZOR HERE) RAZORS! UNBELIEVABLE! I'M ACTUALLY SPEECHLESS AT HOW AWESOME THEY ARE! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY (INSERT SAME VINTAGE BRAND AND STYLE RAZOR HERE) THEY WILL SELL ME? I'M FREAKING OUT HERE!"

Similar or even somewhat similar but muted posts like that made by virtually anyone seem to have a real time effect to where you can almost watch the prices of said razors jump and jump some more.

Again, call me selfish, but I'm just being honest!

That is absolutely right and one reason I kind of keep my preferences to myself.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I have never used my favorite razor. It's never been sharpened. It's one of those smiling Sheffields, a wedge that gets wider toward the toe. I just love the way it looks.

I guess I'm saving it for a special occasion
