Default Did I just do something silly?

I was just at my favorite antique mall and found the following:
a Double Duck Pearlduck (I think it is a Special No. 1, but wasnt paying good enough attention to notice) with a little bit of hone wear and some patina and a box for $35.
a C.V. Heljstrand in pretty much mint condition and a very nice box for $40. This one had 'The Prince' on the blade and seemed a little bit on the small side.

Should I be hurrying back before someone else snaps these up?

I'm guessing if you've posted the question you might already know the answer . . .

It all depends on the condition but I would say that those are pretty fair prices for those razors in average condition. I would definately try to talk them down before just paying their asking price, because that is common practice at antique malls.

    Thumbs up Antique Mall Discounts

When you buy at antique malls, always offer CASH. Those vendors are charged a percentage of sales by the Credit Card Companies. You can save money and the vendor can still make a profit-without sharing with Credit Card Companies. Good Luck and take cash to the Antique Dealers. A win-win situation. Merry Christmas, Robert

the antique malls around here operate like a consignment store, so there is really not a lot of haggling going on unless you are looking at a fairly significant purchase price.

I picked up the duck yesterday. Scales are a little worse off than I remembered, but I am starting to scheme up a new pair in yellowheart with the dubl duck inlay retained.
