    Default Ruba 3/8 Skeleton

    Hello boys!

I got a razor to practice my honing on some time ago..It was in a Erik Anton Berg coffin but on the razor tang itself it says "Ruba" and on the other side "38 Skeleton". Does anyone have an idea what razor it is? I've never heard of Ruba.

The Anton Berg's were manufactured in Sweden from 1920-1940. A picture or two might help, but my guess would be that "Ruba" is perhaps the model name and the 3/8 Skeleton refers to the blade size.....only a guess on my part.....

I could be wrong, but I don't think the coffin and the razor go together. What I mean is, I don't think that is an A.E. Burg razor; I'd giess that the blade is made by (or for) Ruba and that 38 Skeleton is the model name.

I agree as well. If I come across any info on the Ruba I'll let you know!
