My situation is also simular I have my Great Grandfather's he died in 1968 and he was 91. He shaved with it until he died. My grandmother still has his strop and hones but wont give em up yet I think my mother stole the straight. It's a 4/8 half hollow Goshen Cutlery Indiana only one I have seen. But its still pretty special.
