    You'll have to inspect it carefully when you get it. usually the problem with these old blades is that the bevel has to be redone. I know no one in the world that will re do a bevel on a japanese straight. I've done a few and its not easy. It can be a real project. You will also have to make sure the profile of the razor is intact and not badly warn. of course if you just bought it as a curiosity for display then just clean it up and your good to go. Good Luck.
