    Default Fair condition?

I was poking around ebay and found this one described as "fair condition". Any recommendations on what typeof pre-shave concoction might work best with this?

Looks relatively rust free, just needs the edge tidying a bit!

Saw a similar one on eBay one time & the seller said it was very sharp because of the damage.

Could be a new honing technique we need to explore
