    Default Antique straights

Hi All, I recently emailed a (semi) local antique shop asking if they had any DE safety razors for sale. The proprietor responded that they did not, but he has several straights that he is selling in a lot for $30. I am not interested in antique straights at the moment, but wanted to post some pics to see if these would be a good buy. Any help would be much appreciated!

P.S. - Heard about this place through Badger & Blade, and despite the fact that I'm still learning on a DE, I'm curious to try a straight in the future, so I'll probably be lurking here.

    Smile Welcome, subourbonite

At $30 I'm not sure you can go too wrong. A little more invested to get them cleaned up and shave ready and you just might have three excellent shavers there. Sounds like your time to go straight is fast approaching. Embrace it.

Definitely go for it! Those blade look very restorable. Even if you don't use or touch them up for a while, I think it's a great investment. I would buy them if I were you
