It appears you have taken a photograph of a straight razor!
I don't think I've seen a Gillette straight razor before; how does she shave?
Oh, and what's on the tang?

Im just guessing, but it looks like it says Gilbert on the tang, not that other unmentionable(
) name.

I find it unlikely that Gillette ever made a straight razor, as the company was founded as a safety razor company, sort of as a replacement to straight razors.
