I JUST GOT MY FIRST RAZOR!!

I was just wondering how i did. I followed the wise advise of many people on here and waited in the classified section. I Finally got this:
11/16 T. Hessen-Bruch & Co. hollow ground - Straight Razor Place Classifieds
for 37.50

so... is it a good razor?? I still need to get a strop, and was looking at one of the illinois strops on classicshaving.. will that work?

Looks like you got a good razor for a fair price.I've never tried the strops from classic, but I'm sure they are good.But they are not Tony Miller good....:-) Good luck!

I looked at the strops at classicshiving.com's shop in Palm Springs. They seem good. I would also recommend the starter strop that Tony Miller has at thewellshavedgentleman.com.
