Thread: Double Blade?!

Browsing ebay for a straight, I saw this double blade. Anybody ever seen this?

Yes, there was at least one on ebay if not two some time ago. There are probably posts in the archive on it.

Wow... weird thing. Not that the eBay descriptions are trust worthy but... what does the seller say about it?
Maybe some smart guy thought that that way he could have a 2 day set in one. If it has some gimmick to secure the blades, it might work... in a rather unbalanced way.

I searched first, keyword double blade, but I could not get the search engine to combine the words: it would pull up every thread with either word...

Nothing that you wouldnt know... old, rare, rusty... that sort of thing. A one liner.

I once saw a reference to using google to search the forums. I'm not sure if there is an easier way to do it, but here's what I do.

Go to google.com
search for: straightrazorplace.com (and whatever you are looking for)
^This allows you to use google's search modifiers (like +) and also lets you search for three letter words (which you can't do with the forum's search function)
At the bottom of the entry for the first indented hit, there is a link that says "More results from straightrazorplace.com;" click on that, and you're good to go

I did this as I was writing the post to make sure I got everything right, and found you can, from the main google page, search for site:http://straightrazorpalace.com [ ] where you type your query into the [ ] (like site:http://straightrazorpalace.com greaves)
