Thanked: 271I have a matched set of two "new grinds" (6/8, carbon steel) with boxwood handles that I bought for my 60th birthday. They are very nice razors, take and hold a sharp edge and shave very well.

I have 4 Livis and love them all. One of my razors is a New Grind and it is beautifully made and a great shaver. The others are what are generally thought of as custom Livis and they are a real joy to use and own. I think that Mastro Livi is one of the very few who can be considered at the absolute top level of razor makers.
You won't regret getting one.

I placed an order for the LIVI Snake razor a few weeks ago, and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival! From what I understand, the quality is simply unsurpassed. I believe that you can't go wrong with a Mastro Livi razor--any of them! (Well worth the money, I am sure!!!)
Enjoy your purchase, I am sure it will last many lifetimes!
